While most kids are probably busy playing Warcraft Dota or attending tuition classes, Thomas Suarez is busy developing iPhone and iPad apps. The sixth grader recently gave a talk at TEDxManhattanBeach about his experiences developing iOS apps. He’s a self taught programmer who says that his foundation in Python, C, and Java gave him a headstart picking up iOS programming. He’s already released multiple apps on the App Store and one of them is a fortune-telling app called Earth Fortune. His other more popular app called Bustin Jieber are for the anti-bieber fans where you get to whack him around.

He has already started an App Club at his school where they will create iPad apps for education purposes and distributed to the local school districts. Apart from that he also has his own company called CarrotCorp aimed at developing mobile apps and Thomas intends to delve into Android development as well. Way a go kid!
