Ow My Balls! XL Out For iPad

The original hit iPhone game called Ow My Balls! has now been remastered and released for the iPad. If you’ve not heard of this peculiar game, the title says it all. You need to kick this poor guy off a building and have his crotch hit as many objects as you can. Silly, yes but can be sinfully addictive as well.

Ow My Balls! XL is now optimized for retina display and you get to ignite fart jetpacks to gain altitude and hit the most targets. The graphics sucks really, but that’s also the reason why it looks funny. Currently free for download if you’re feeling mean.

Push Panic! – Block Color Matching Game for the iOS

Get ready for some heart stopping action with this game called Push Panic! available for the iPhone and iPad. Push Panic has been around for some time but this is a re-release free version that is more polished. For those who have not played it, this is a color matching game where you have fast falling blocks in different colors and sizes.  The objective is to clear as many blocks as you can before it piles up above the green bar which will turn red. Alertness is required as you find the most blocks in the same color falling down at any given time. Just tap on the colored block of your choice which will be locked and keeps you from tapping other colored blocks but you can still change your mind by tapping on the first block to unlock it. You would want to tap as many blocks of the same color to get more combo points. Tap the selected colored block again and all selected blocks will be cleared.

Brisksaber: Master The Lightsaber With Your Fingers

Here’s a Star Wars themed game that’s just released by Brisk a beverage company called Brisksaber. This iOS game is available on both the iPhone and iPad. Brisksaber is a lightsaber game which you can swing and slash various Star Wars characters with your fingers. It’s themed closely with Star Wars Phantom Menace and you get to choose to be either the Jedi or the Sith.

When you first play the game, you’ll find that it’s awfully familiar cause it plays just like Fruit Ninja. You’ll have the similar survival and time trial modes. So depending on whose side you’re on, you’ll get various enemies to slash like R2-D2, Jar Jar Binx, Battle Droids, Jabba the Hutt, and of course bottles of Brisk. Quite a smart way to promote a product. There’s also big boss battles where you get to fight with Darth Maul and Mace Windu.

A free game that’s definitely for the Star Wars fans that’s action packed with great graphics.

iPad App of the Day: Back to the Future Ep 1

back-to-the-future-ipad-badgeBack to the Future trilogy used to be my all time favorite movies and still is. Now there’s a release for it on the iPad. Back to the Future Ep 1 HD is the first episode of this adventure game series. This game has loads of animation cut scenes, puzzles to solve and choices to make. You basically navigate your 3D character which is Marty McFly, by using your finger on the screen and tapping on objects to see how it can help in your quest.

Recommended for die-hard fans of the movie, this is a fun game with beautiful graphics and a new storyline that makes it like a sequel to the movie.
